Mary and Edison often enjoy cruising around Newport on their Duffy boat with friends so that is exactly what we did for their engagement session!  Duffy boats are a way of life in Newport Beach, but they are new to me. When Mary and Edison first mentioned the idea I jumped at it because, in my opinion, engagement sessions are extra special when the couple chooses to tailor it to their lifestyle. We started the session by exploring marina village, cruised around the harbor, stopped off at a private beach, and then made our way back to the dock. Their session ended with dreamy California light and an incredible sunset.
